Payment Terms: Payment for coaching sessions must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made via PayPal, and receipts will be provided upon request.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Confidentiality: All coaching sessions and client information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
Coaching Relationship: The coaching relationship is a partnership between the coach and the client, with the goal of helping the client achieve their personal and professional goals. The coach will provide support, guidance, and accountability, but the client is ultimately responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Duration of Offer: The reduced rate of $32 per hour is a temporary promotion and is subject to a minimum of 6 sessions. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the event of a cancellation by the coach or if the coaching session cannot be completed as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be processed within one week of the cancellation.
Liability: The coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the coaching relationship or the use of coaching services. Clients engage in coaching sessions at their own risk.
